Virtual Classes

Yoga – A class that focuses on mindfulness, balance, coordination, and flexibility

 Strength Training – A muscle building and conditioning class focusing on high repetitions and light weight.

HIIT – A full-body workout. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance.
