A new breed of wellness company

Epic Fitness was founded by Kyle Brayer in 2004 after returning from his first deployment to Iraq as a US Marine. The company was initially made up of two Marines performing In-Home personal training in La Jolla, California.

Kyle relocated the company to Arizona in 2006 after completing his enlistment. The team now consists of 14 trainers, coaches, nutritionists, and yoga instructors with an advisory council comprised of top athletes, physical therapists, and doctors to keep the team current on the science of human performance.

Since 2010 Epic Fitness has partnered with Arizona’s luxury housing communities to offer on-site personal training and group fitness classes in Tempe, Scottsdale, Chandler, and Phoenix. We’ve recently added our 30th property and work with the nation’s best property management organizations to train over 12,000 residents here in Arizona.

In 2016 we launched our on-site Workplace Wellness programs bringing our experienced and certified coaches directly to Arizona’s top organizations with wellness classes designed to improve productivity, morale, and teamwork while reducing costs. Yoga, pilates, fitness bootcamps, circuits, cooking and blending classes, safety training, and nutrition coaching.

Our Sports Conditioning staff works with hundreds of high school, club, and collegiate athletes to give them an edge over the competition with custom designed training specific for both their sport and their age.

The key to success for Epic Fitness has always been its team. The top trainers, instructors, nutritionists, doctors, coaches, and interns have made Epic Fitness their home and helped build an organizational culture based on both professionalism and customer service.
