What is a Fitness Bootcamp?

A fitness bootcamp is the term used when referring to outdoor group personal training. These bootcamp sessions consist of full body workouts, including both cardiovascular and resistance training. A typical bootcamp workout will consist of plyometrics, calisthenics, strength training, core/abdominal work, cardio exercises, and stretching.

Do I need to be in shape to do a bootcamp?

Of course not! Our expert trainers will tailor each exercise for all clients’ abilities and fitness levels. We do this by showing variations to each core movement or exercise that allow everyone participating to get that intense full body workout in a safe and efficient manner.

What do I need to bring?
