It’s a lot harder to hit the snooze button and ignore that morning workout when a friend, spouse, or colleague is expecting you to show up.

 

This accountability doesn’t stop in the gym either. Couples or friends that train together are also more likely to choose a healthier option when eating together, which means even faster results!
